Our Practices

We start by carefully choosing genetics known for producing high quality, Highly marbled beef. We allow those off spring to stay with their mama until 9 months of age. (Much longer than the industry standard) Once weaned, the calves will stay together in a pasture not too far from mom. There they have acres to roam as nature intended. They always have access to grass in the summer and hay in the winter. Along with our special blend of NON-GMO grains grown right here on the farm. Thats right! Everything they consume is grown here with out the use of unneeded Antibiotics and Hormones. Thats how you get superior beef that is safe and healthy for your family.
